Pope, Jr. When acquired, the majority of these coins were encrusted in rock, dirt, and other 2,000 year old materials. It has taken more than two years to clean these ancient coins, and to bring out their hidden beauty.
Most of the coins in the Emperor Coins online store have been carefully preserved using "Renaissance Wax" - a protection used by some of the worlds leading museums. Doing so, our ancient coins are protected against both the gentle touches of the hand and the ravages of the elements.
